Grilled Pork Ribs

Like I said, I always love creating new flavors for the marinade ( you can click HERE to see my recipe for the delicious Grilled Spiced Prawns and HERE to know how I made my Asian Barbecued Chicken ^^). This time, I tried out my newest marinade, an Asian-inspiring one with super simple ingredients: honey, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, cinnamon powder, chopped shallot and garlic. All these ingredients are easy to find in every market, supermarket, in Asian and Western countries, so if you wanna realize this dish, here is your chance!

For the best flavor of grilled meat, the meat should be soaked in the marinade for at least 2 hours. Sometimes, 12 hours or more are required, that means you soak the meat in the marinade, cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and put it in the fridge and let the marinade to go through the meat overnight. After that, you can feel the extreme difference between the meat with only 1 hour soaking in the marinade and the one which is left overnight in the fridge. So I highly recommend that if you wanna enjoy a wonderful, tasty grilled dish, you should make the marinade the day before and let it contribute the most fragnant, original flavor to the meat for at least 12 hours.

In the next post, one more grilled dish will be presented in details to all of you, but before that, try out this marinade and tell me how the result turns out in the comment section below xD

Good luck 😉
