Masterchef Australia – Recipes, opinions and more…

Masterchef Australia is an inspiring cooking game show for everyone who has the passion of cooking and the love of food. It is also the chance for amateur cooks to show off their cooking skills, their creativity and participate in a professional cooking environment. They will learn how to work and cook under pressure in a commercial kitchen, cooperate with other chefs and sous-chefs properly and use their creativity effectively. Moreover, during the competition, the contestants can share their passion with other contestants, enjoy their wonderful time with delicate food and drink from the most famous restaurants in Australia and cook with some of the most talented chefs, such as Matt Moran, Donna Hay, Luke Nguyen…

Personally, in comparison with other cooking game shows, Masterchef Australia provides a more friendly, creative cooking environment so that the contestants can feel absolutely comfortable and delighted during the competition which takes several months. Restaurateur and chef Gary Mehigan, chef George Calombaris and food critic Matt Preston serve as the show’s main judges, they always try their best to give as many advices as they can to help the contestants go through the difficulties and improve their skills steppedly. Gary and George participate also in Masterclass where they share many amazing recipes for desserts, main courses and other wonderful dishes. The Invention Test is the chance to try out new recipes, the Celebrity Chef Challenge brings you an inspiring, priceless time to face famous chefs, while the Pressure Test contains a lot of pressure and one contestant will leave the competition and go home.
