Simple, delicious dessert for a busy Saturday afternoon 🙂 This is a different version of French Crêpes which is a little bit sweeter and buttery. Today I enjoy my stunning crêpes with papaya, but feel free to change the fruit or replace with whipping cream, fruit jam or yogurt. Hope all of you will like this recipe and will be able to feel the French taste in this dessert. Bon appetit ^^
150 grams plain flour
90 grams granulated white sugar
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
220 ml fresh milk, room temperature
40 grams unsalted butter, melted
In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour with the white sugar. Pour in the fresh milk, melted butter and eggs, stir well until combined.
Heat a large pan over medium high heat, pour 3 tbs of the mixture into the pan, keep each piece large and thin, reduce the heat until each crepe is golden both sides.
Serve with fruit jam, whipping cream or fruit salad.
Have a nice day everyone xoxo
