Cake with Coconut Cream and Chocolate Ganache

Cake Batter: check the recipe HERE

Coconut Cream: Mix the two ingredients below until well combined

125 ml of whipping cream, whipped

2 tbs of unsweetened shredded coconut

Chocolate Ganache:

125 ml of whipping cream

100 grams chocolate, chopped

Boil the whipping cream, pour into the chocolate and gently stir until combined.
