My simple dinner after a long day at school with tests and stuff: Asian Noodles with Stir-fried Beef and Mixed Vegetables ^^ Really easy to make, this dish may be the best choice for busy people who don’t have enough free time to prepare a complicated meal. It’s simple, fresh and most importantly, it’s healthy and help you gain energy to continue your work!
Noodles: Boil the Asian egg noodles in a small sauce pan with a pinch of salt and a little bit oil. After that stir-fry the noodles with dark soy sauce. Keep warm.
Stir-fried Beef: Mix the beef with salt, pepper, chopped garlic and red shallots until combined. Stir-fry the beef, add dark soy sauce if you like.
Mixed Vegetables: This time I used cabbage, carrots and snow peas. Cut the vegetables in long and thin pieces. Stir-fry.
Serve all the elements together.
