Sunny days are always the perfect time to enjoy some mouth-watering grilled dishes and a super big bowl of vegetable salad. Sometimes, getting a little bit complicated in the preparation will make you feel more appetite and enjoy the peaceful moments in your kitchen. Even though grilled dishes and French fries aren’t really good for your health, but who can live a perfectly healthy life, right? Forget the boring diet, the weight for a while and enjoy your “junk” meals!
Chicken honey marinade:
2. Finely chopped garlic and red shallots
3. Fish sauce
4. Salt, black pepper
Combine well the ingredients above and gently soak the chicken in the marinade. Set aside for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
1. Your favorite vegetables (tomatoes, bell peppers, green oak lettuce, onions, cucumbers…)
2. Dressing (this time we used our delicious dressing with Provence’s herbs, but any kind of dressing still works well)
Gently wash and thinly slice/cut all the vegetables. Put in a large bowl, following by the dressing. Mix until combined.
