Salon du Chocolat <3

This post is for some random photos that I took in Salon du Chocolat – maybe the sweetest (literally) and most amazing event you’ve ever seen xD Many brands and kinds of chocolate were presented by the experts, people can even taste them while listening to experts talking about how to produce chocolate, what is the authentic flavor of each kind… This is such a huge chance for me, a big fan of chocolate, to know further the chocolate world, and see the passion of people whose career is all about experiencing and producing the most delicious chocolate for customers ❤

Now let’s get the adventure begin, enjoy ^^:

We were too excited getting the ticket and ready to try everything !!!

In a big hall, we have about 20 little stores, each one represents a different brand, with a typical decoration and different kinds of chocolate. People can not only taste the chocolate, but they can really see how it is made and buy for themselves some cute boxes which were carefully packed and ready to be gifts 🙂

My life will be heaven if every morning I have these chocolate pots to enjoy ❤

Lovely flowers which are actually made from candies, I’m sure they will be the best for birthday presents or something like that, they’re both beautiful as a gift and also delicious as a dessert (I guess), seriously, who can deny them?

Besides of chocolate, this is my favorite of the day, “Pain d’Epice Artisanal”- spice bread, it’s exactly what I want to enjoy every single morning in breakfast. Not two sweet, great combination between many spices and unique flavor, it just melted in your mouth and the sense smoothly run around your tongue, your nose, wonderful !!!

Eiffel Tower in chocolate is double stunning ^^

This is exactly the reason why we’re in love with France – MACARONS !!! Different from the macarons which were made by machines, packed in boxes and sold in supermarkets, these macarons were carefully and delicately by bakers with love and care. They’re soooooo good that I didn’t even know what to choose between a dozen flavors: chocolate, nutella, citrus fruits, mango, strawberry, vanilla, pistachio…, they all look crazily gorgeous and yummy =p~

We finished that hard time choosing by buying a box with 12 lovely and tiny macarons, even the box is really cute like this…

… and the inside is way much better ^^ Can you guess our macarons’s flavor? There’re 4: Citrus fruits, Mango, Chocolate and Strawberry&Vanilla, how do they look? Too beautiful to eat

We really enjoyed our adventure to chocolateland, how about you food lovers, what’s your favorite food event so far? Did you enjoy it? Please share your experiences and opinions in the comment section below 🙂

See you all in the next post,

Love, Trang Quynh
