Mongolian Beef

Mongolian beef 2Wow, I can’t believe it’s been 1 month since my last post, time flies so fast before I can recognize it, and I’m really sorry for the lack of posts recently. I’ve been crazily busy enjoying the last moments of my summer back home, packing and going back to Lyon, now finishing the inscriptions for the next college year. Gosh, it’s the beginning of my 2nd year here and I can’t wait to see what will come to me, but on the other hand, I feel like I’m not ready to face my future, maybe it’s too soon to think about that but you know, girls always worry about everything.

Anw, back to the new recipe today, Mongolian Beef is one of the most popular Asian dishes in the US, and honestly, I’ve never tried it before, so I decided to give it a try because it’s quite simple, the main ingredients are beef, soy sauce and scallions which can be found in any Asian market. There’re so many versions of this dish floating around on the Internet but I came up with the most basic and uncomplicated one, with one simple thought that it will be the best to enjoy the most authentic flavor of beef and soy sauce. And there you go, get your wok ready and your tummy empty !!

Please enjoy the tutorial and have fun making this dish,

Bon appetit,

Trang Quynh
