Easy Meatball Spaghetti


Yes, you heard it right, Easy Meatball Spaghetti 😉 Even though I know this is not the traditional Italian way to make this delicious spaghetti, but after trying so many different recipes, I found this one the simplest yet tastiest. I kept everything fresh, from the tomatoes to roughly chopped parsley and let the meatballs be the hero of the whole dish, beautifully browned, tender and complex in flavors. They are then cooked in a lovely easy tomato sauce, nothing more than tomatoes, onions, a hint of ketchup and some teaspoons of Provencal herbs, simplicity brings out the most authentic flavors of the ingredients. The meatballs can be enjoyed on their own if you’d like, all warm and mouth-watering !!


INGREDIENT LIST (serves: 2-3)

200g spaghetti
250g ground beef
1/2 of an onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 medium tomatoes
A handful of parsley
3-4 tbs grated cheese
3 tbs breadcrumbs
2 tbs ketchup
1 tsp Provencal herbs/ Italian mixed herbs
Salt, pepper
Vegetable oil
