INGREDIENT LIST (serves: 2)

250g ground beef
1 bell pepper
2 medium tomatoes
2 shallots
2-3 cloves of garlic
Lettuce iceberg
Sweet corn
Mayonnaise
Paprika, cayenne pepper
Salt, vegetable oil
Steamed white rice
