Italian Meatball Sandwiches

You couldn’t imagine how many times since I made these Italian Meatball Sandwiches, I wish I could have them for breakfast everyday. Yes, you may think I’m crazy because no one will ever need that much meat, and sandwich, and cheese to start a day, but just imagine in your head the awesome feeling of taking a bite, so flavorful, so warm and delicious of this sandwich before you have 5 hours of lecture waiting for you in the morning, now it sounds more convincing, right πŸ˜‰

However, I have to admit that these babies will be better for lunch, you can prepare the meatballs the night before, then reheat them the next morning and stuff them in a hot and crunchy sandwich, add some slices of mozzarella and voila, lunch is all packed, and I’m pretty sure your friends (or your colleagues) will be jealous with you and your lunch box ^^

So are you hungryyyyy ? Let’s get started for the action:

INGREDIENT LIST (for 4 sandwiches)
200g ground beef
2 tbs breadcrumbs
1/2 onion, finely chopped
Finely chopped parsley
1 egg
200-220ml tomato sauce
Salt, pepper
Unsalted butter
1 baguette
Mozzarella cheese

METHOD: For the step-by-step preparation and cooking process, please check out my video above, it will be much easier for you and if you have any question, feel free to leave a comment down below and I promise to reply you as soon as I can πŸ˜‰

Yum yum, I hope you will love these Italian Meatball Sandwiches as much as I can, if you decide to remake them at home, leave a comment down below telling me your opinions, I’d love to read them πŸ˜‰

Other than that, I will see you in my next post, of course, with a brand new recipe,

Hundreds kisses and hugs,

Hi everyone,

First of all, this is not the first time I’ve made Boeuf Bourguignon. Beef and Broccoli

Back in the time I was still a little girl, I don’t know why but I hated eating broccoli so much and only ate cauliflower, maybe because the meals with broccoli in my kindergarden and primary school were too disgusting so I kinda had a phobia (same story with pumpkin though haha). As I grew up, started cooking and being forced to eat broccoli, things got much better. And now, I’m proud to say that my phobia has gone hurrayyyyy (well, or it’s transferred to cauliflower, there was one time my housemates and me cooked way too much stir-fried cauliflower and beef, we had to eat that dish over and over for 2 or 3 days, and now even mentioning the name of it makes me sick Dx it’s been 6 months since that time btw and we still don’t wanna get cauliflower, how weird o.O ). Anw, I still feel great for being able to eat broccoli, because I did discover that huge treasure of yummy dishes with it πŸ˜‰

Beef and broccoli

And today, one of them will be revealed !! (drums and rolls) The famous Beef and Broccoli !! Who’s getting excited ? There’s definitely me, after all, I’m still Asian and I’m definitely madly in love with Asian cuisine. Seriously, you can resist that smell and that sweet, flavorful of this dish, really? Because I can’t and I’m still struggling to keep me away from it before I gain weight and become an obese and lazy lady πŸ˜€

Okay, that’s my story, anw please enjoy my little tutorial, I hope it will be helpful for you and have a nice day then,

Much love,

Mongolian Beef

Mongolian beef 2Wow, I can’t believe it’s been 1 month since my last post, time flies so fast before I can recognize it, and I’m really sorry for the lack of posts recently. I’ve been crazily busy enjoying the last moments of my summer back home, packing and going back to Lyon, now finishing the inscriptions for the next college year. Read More

Paula Deen’s Beef Mac n Cheese

The first time I’ve made this dish was couple months ago, when I was spending my wonderful Christmas vacation with my friends in Paris. Then I had another busy semester in college, playing with deadlines, homework and tests, finals and stuff, but that’s already over so just forget it ! Anw, these days are kinda relaxing, even though the weather in Lyon turns super duper hot and sometimes I feel like I can’t handle it (well, it’s summer duh, silly me ^^). Read More

Simple Beef Stroganoff

Beef stroganoff 1

Happy Sunday food lovers,

Since it’s weekend, I always think that nothing’s better than getting in the kitchen and realizing some new dishes, especially when the weather goes pretty bad (raining, for example πŸ˜‰ ). It’s summer here in where I live but the weather keeps changing like crazy, one day it was sunny and freaking hot, the other can immediately be gloomy and rainy. Anw, I still had really great time last week, one friend of mine from Holland visited me for a couple days and we had lots of fun wandering around the city and enjoying food, oh, and cooking, since he shares the same interest with me (he also has a food blog with many divine food and amazing recipes, so you can check his blog HERE if you’d like ^^). But now I’m back to my usual life, doing things alone and sometimes going out making some silly vlogs, stuff like that xD Read More
