New dish is cominggggggggg =p~ I’m extremely excited to introduce to all of you my newest dish: Egg Noodles with Pork Schnitzel, Boiled Vegetable and Multi flavor sauce! If you are a pasta lover, you will definitely like this one. Western and Asian cuisine combine perfectly and contribute a beautiful flavor for all the elements: from the pork, the boiled vegetable, the soft egg noodles to the sauce.
Actually, the different elements for this dish are pretty easy to make. The most important thing which brings together all the flavors is the multi flavored sauce. A little bit sour, sweet and salty not only reduces the dryness of other ingredients but also create a stunning, well balanced and inspiring smell and flavor to the whole dish. Don’t use any kind of broth with this dish because the crunchiness of the schnitzel’s coat will be lost and ruin everything. Much better when you use a kind of sauce like this ^^
How can we accomplish this mission? Let me tell you guys in details xD
Pork Schnitzel: Follow step by step my Pork Schnitzel’s recipe that I posted here but skip the chopped parsley in the final coat.
Boiled Vegetable: I think that you all know how to boil vegetables, right? Tip: add a little bit vegetable oil and salt in the boiled water to protect the gorgeous green color of the vegetables.
Egg Noodles: Same tip with the boiled vegetable. After boiling the egg noodles, place the noodles in a colander then pour cold water in it.
Multi flavored sauce: Increase or reduce the amount of the ingredients follows your liking:
2 tbsp of ketchup
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp oyster sauce
50 ml fresh water
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp corn starch, stir well with a little bit water
Heat a small pan over medium high heat, mix and stir well the first six ingredients. Bring that mixture to a boil, then pour over the corn starch in the mixture, stir and bring it to a boil again. Set aside.
Serve the egg noodles with pork schnitzel, boiled vegetable and the sauce.
