I LOVE HOUSE PARTIES! They’re always the wonderful time filled with laughter and joke, and of course, delicious food, yum =p~
Yesterday was super crazy! One of my friends comes back after 1 year in UK studying, so I came up with the idea of a simple house party with some close friends to welcome her home ^^ Our lunch was pretty awesome, in Korean style: Gimbap, Bulgogi and fresh Cucumber Salad.
In Korea, people love to wrap the Bulgogi in sesame leaves with a little bit rice, gochujang (Korean chili sauce) and garlic, but we made a small twist. We wrapped our delicious marinated beef in green oak lettuce with fresh coriander, cucumber salad and my favorite sauce, spicy mayonnaise. This sauce goes amazingly great with the gimbap too!
After the super full lunch is (all the time) the movie section. This time we chose Jeux d’enfants, a funny and meaningful French film that brought me some feelings about the meaning of true love. A HUGE amount of corn, cheese, spicy snack, chocolate cookies and Coke was all gone right after 15 first minutes of the film. Always like that haha
