In the battle between myself and food with cream, I never win, ever. I’m always on the hunt for new recipes using cream, either pastas, comfort food, and of course, dessert (but you know I’m not that good in baking and France is known for its fabulous and delicate patisseries). I came across this amazing recipe the other day, Read More
You couldn’t imagine how many times since I made these Italian Meatball Sandwiches, I wish I could have them for breakfast everyday. Yes, you may think I’m crazy because no one will ever need that much meat, and sandwich, and cheese to start a day, but just imagine in your head the awesome feeling of taking a bite, so flavorful, so warm and delicious of this sandwich before you have 5 hours of lecture waiting for you in the morning, now it sounds more convincing, right 😉
However, I have to admit that these babies will be better for lunch, you can prepare the meatballs the night before, then reheat them the next morning and stuff them in a hot and crunchy sandwich, add some slices of mozzarella and voila, lunch is all packed, and I’m pretty sure your friends (or your colleagues) will be jealous with you and your lunch box ^^
So are you hungryyyyy ? Let’s get started for the action:
METHOD: For the step-by-step preparation and cooking process, please check out my video above, it will be much easier for you and if you have any question, feel free to leave a comment down below and I promise to reply you as soon as I can 😉

Yes, you heard it right, Easy Meatball Spaghetti 😉 Even though I know this is not the traditional Italian way to make this delicious spaghetti, but after trying so many different recipes, I found this one the simplest yet tastiest. I kept everything fresh, from the tomatoes to roughly chopped parsley and let the meatballs be the hero of the whole dish, Read More
Well, I have to admit that I have a strong, deep love for pasta and anything related to it. I loveee trying new pasta recipes and can’t stop myself eating, even though sometimes I know exactly how fat and cheesy my pasta is (haha, my guilty pleasure gosh ^^). Read More
Back to 2010, when I first started this blog and well, honestly, begin cooking (I was…15 that time, so please don’t blame me if I was too lazy earlier ^^), cooking shows and competitions were my inspirations. I spent almost my free time watching a numerous of programs on TV, such as Everyday Exotic; Fast, Fresh and Simple; Kitchen Nightmares,… I now don’t even remember all the names because I just sticked to the screen, watch as many programs as I can, they were so attractive and I think that time I was a little bit obsessed with them. I adore the way the chefs use their knives, the way they sprinkle salt and pepper over the ingredients, and of course, the huge kitchen that they have which are always filled with amazing things and look super professional. Until now I still dream of having a kitchen like that, but well, I’m still young and I can work hard for it ! Read More
Easy, simple but still delicate and mouth-watering, they’re the best to describe these gorgeous Chicken Roulades. Not too many techniques, all you need to do is following step by step the recipe and here they are, nice and tight rolls and ready for appetizers or a light meal.
As a food lover, I’m always attracted by pasta and impressed with the hundreds (or thousands?) kinds of it. There are always some recipes popping up in my mind but sadly, they can’t be realized because of the lack of the ingredients. Sometimes, I imagine the day when I wander around an Italian market, watching people choosing the meat and picking fresh, green vegetables for their dinner, enjoying a sunny morning in the food world and feeling everything around 🙂 Hope that dream will come true in the near future…
Another mouth-watering snack to make your day more interesting!!!!! Seafood are always the top choice for almost restaurants (especially pizza and pasta restaurant) to create the appetizers in the menu. You can see the calamari (fried squid with breadcrumbs) in the menu of Pizza Hut or Al Fresco, honestly, it’s my favorite dish because I love the crunchiness of the coat. Who can deny a stunning appetizer like that, right?
