Italian Meatball Sandwiches

IMG_7795

You couldn’t imagine how many times since I made these Italian Meatball Sandwiches, I wish I could have them for breakfast everyday. Yes, you may think I’m crazy because no one will ever need that much meat, and sandwich, and cheese to start a day, but just imagine in your head the awesome feeling of taking a bite, so flavorful, so warm and delicious of this sandwich before you have 5 hours of lecture waiting for you in the morning, now it sounds more convincing, right πŸ˜‰

However, I have to admit that these babies will be better for lunch, you can prepare the meatballs the night before, then reheat them the next morning and stuff them in a hot and crunchy sandwich, add some slices of mozzarella and voila, lunch is all packed, and I’m pretty sure your friends (or your colleagues) will be jealous with you and your lunch box ^^
