Bread with Grilled Spiced Pork, Vegetable Salad and Sliced Cheddar Cheese

What do you wanna do in a rainy day? Do you like walking under the rain with your sweetheart and enjoy a romantic date? Me? Sadly no. In a rainy day, I just wanna stay at home, grab my favorite snack and watch a movie xD And this dish is now one of my favorite snack: Bread with Grilled Spiced Pork, Vegetable Salad and Sliced Cheddar Cheese. Well, not really snack because the pork takes lots of time to set aside in the marinade and grill, so you can also do it for your breakfast, lunch or even dinner ^^

My bread looks super messy, right? The pork was out of the oven and I sliced it into thin pieces. When I put the plate on the table, my cousins were really hungry and they planned to finish it in like… 10 seconds!!!!! That’s why I gotta grab the pork, the vegetable salad and cheddar cheese quickly and ‘throw’ them in the bread and take pics. No time for concept in this hungry day lol

The marinade for the pork was the same with my Grilled Spiced Prawns yesterday, but I add a little more salt and 3 tbsp honey. For the vegetable salad, if you want it in Asian way, mix the vegetables with vinegar, sugar and dark soy sauce, but if you want a Western salad, mix them with mayonnaise ^^

Hope you like my post, realize it if you want and don’t forget to take pics of your Bread with Grilled Spiced Pork, Vegetable Salad and Sliced Cheddar Cheese xD Bon appetit!
